Jenna, your Glogster is visually appealing and I really liked the quote you used in the pink box: "Greater engagement equals higher achievement. End of story" (Barone & Wright, 2008, p. 302). Engagement seems to be one of the most-used words around Web 2.0 tools and for good reason. It is hard for kids (or adults) to resist the appeal of these interactive online opportunities!
I also agree with your observation that classroom websites need to be updated more regularly than they often are. I get how it happens - teachers get busy and fail to keep up. But I like your idea of involving students in the updating process. This would also likely lead to more frequent updates. Once you give students a job to do, they rarely let you forget it!
